Programme admission
Eligibility
for the programme.
A complimentary initial diagnostic assessment examines your organisation’s maturity and the conditions for participation in an EDORA transformation programme.
An EDORA programme starts with a collection methodology, then defines the technology needed to structure and use oral experience as organisational data. The application helps us examine whether this change responds to your needs and whether the conditions for undertaking it are in place.

Three pillars
of readiness.
A commitment to listening.
Give human experience a defined place in the way your organisation learns and makes decisions. Readiness means recognising that methodology precedes technology: agreeing to a demanding collection protocol, then adopting the processes and tools needed to constitute and explore these datasets alongside quantitative indicators.
A meaningful scale and level of criticality.
We assess the relevant scale with you: the people to be heard, the complexity of relationships, the criticality of expertise and the stakes of the situation. Headcount is one consideration; there is no fixed workforce threshold. A smaller organisation may have a highly consequential need.
A shared commitment to act.
Leadership and participating teams share the purpose and are willing to allocate time, people and responsibility to the work. The aim is to improve mutual understanding and strengthen relationships internally and with customers, patients, partners or other beneficiaries.
What you receive
A basis for the next decision.
A shared assessment of the three pillars, the conditions already in place and the priorities to address. It provides a reasoned basis for deciding whether to proceed, prepare further or refine the scope.
From assessment to programme
Where the conditions are met, we define the programme together: intended uses of the datasets, collection scope, team involvement, access and governance, resources, funding and evaluation. Any programme proposal follows this assessment.
The initial diagnostic assessment is complimentary. Detailed audits and subsequent work are subject to a separate proposal.
