EDORA

For investors

Human experience.
An asset to develop.

Creating datasets of oral experience, with a dedicated methodology and digital infrastructure. Applications span patient experience, customer experience and the transmission of expertise.

The investment thesis Evidence, application and scope

01

Patient experience is a system-level priority.

An established field of measurement, with questions still to explore.

OECD’s 2025 PaRIS survey gathered responses from approximately 107,000 primary-care patients across 19 countries. In the United States, CMS includes patient experience in the objectives of its hospital value-based purchasing programme.

EDORA’s proposed applicationHelp healthcare organisations investigate the experiences underlying their indicators through contextualised patient accounts. EDORAMED is the healthcare programme under development.

PaRIS concerns primary-care users aged 45 and over. These sources establish the relevance of experience measurement, not a revenue forecast or demand for EDORA.

02

Customer indicators leave questions for decision-makers.

A documented need for a better understanding of purchase drivers.

In PwC’s 2025 US customer-experience survey, 83% of executive respondents reported needing better tools to measure what drives purchases. The report recommends bringing qualitative insight together with behavioural and transactional evidence.

EDORA’s proposed applicationOrganise customers’ accounts so organisations can explore the situations, expectations and reasoning associated with their indicators.

Survey of 406 US decision-makers at consumer-facing businesses with annual revenue of at least US$100 million. Self-reported need; commercial fit and willingness to pay require direct validation.

03

Constitute a new resource of organisational data.

A demanding collection methodology, supported by dedicated infrastructure.

WIPO and Luiss include software, data and organisational know-how within their analysis of intangible investment. This provides an economic framework for considering knowledge resources beyond physical assets.

EDORA’s investment thesisMethodology precedes technology. A demanding collection protocol shapes the constitution and quality of the oral dataset, before digital structuring and analysis. EDORA proposes a new category of organisational data, together with the infrastructure needed to make it usable: source recordings, question structures, timecodes, descriptive relations and contextual links.

EDORA’s focus is the constitution of this resource and the means to use it. Model-based analysis is a separate layer. The proposed commercial model combines programme design, implementation and training, with licensing or ongoing support where appropriate.

Commercial performance and the value of these datasets remain to be evaluated. The patent documents a technical approach; it does not establish market exclusivity or investment value.

A documented
history of invention.

More than 25 years of work by Jennifer Verney Dahan on oral knowledge and its digital representation. The historical record identifies four successive inventions.

The latest generation is documented by US patent 12,130,857 B2, granted on 29 October 2024, associated with international application PCT/FR2020/051612.

The investment discussion

The next stage is a review of deployment readiness, rights and licensing, identifiable buyers, programme delivery costs and evidence of customer commitment.

A market model should be built from specific organisations, purchasing responsibilities and tested willingness to pay. Financing and expansion are tied to those milestones.
